Service Guarantee: When you purchase this service, we guarantee your receipt of the product unless canceled by MEAS, which is extremely rare.
Refunds and Cancellations: There are NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, and NO CANCELLATIONS accepted on this product. If MEAS cancels the item, you will receive a 100% refund as soon as the cancellation is confirmed.

Delivery Details: Your order does not guarantee the delivery time, the number on the certification sticker, or the specific item/s to be signed (unless specified upon purchase and/or is a case of a send-in).

Acceptance of Product: The purchaser agrees to accept the product delivered with no exchanges. Due to limited availability, once items are out of stock from the event, they will not be restocked.

QUOTES, COLORS, AND PERSONALIZATIONS:
Though we are always happy to accommodate you needs, there are common cases of restrictions during signing session. Therefore, MEAS cannot
guarantee specific colors or quotes on your signed items due to contractual restrictions imposed on Japanese voice actors. Sometimes, they may
not be able to use your personal paint pens or write your requested quote.
Voice Actor Preferences: In some cases, voice actors may use their own pens and may refuse to write anything beyond their signature. However,
there are occasions when voice actors are more flexible, and in those instances, your desired colors and/or quotes will be accommodated.

CONDITION:
Item Handling: Due to the nature of signed items, the items must be handled several times. While we handle everything with great care and strive for the best condition, we cannot guarantee absolutely mint condition items at all times.

INSURANCE:
Item Insurance: All items are insured at the expense of recipient if requested when mailed.

Claims Responsibility: The recipient is solely responsible for submitting claims to the shipping company if an item is damaged or lost in transit. We highly recommend that you retain the original shipping box and packaging (if applicable) to assist in any damage claims.
Shipping Updates: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your item has been shipped. The best method to inquire about updates to your order is through messaging us on our Instagram pages. You will receive two emails: one when an order has been successfully placed and another once your item(s) have been shipped.
